ATTN: service includes removal , Hair wash+ steam treatment and blowout. Your extensions are treated and re-tapped (only when re-booking a tape-in with JB). If you believe you would want to re-install same day or at a later date, I suggest you book the “ Tape-in wash & reset + re-install service”.

For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24hrs we charge 50% of the service total. Less than 12hrs before your session, No shows and missed appointments are subject to a 100% non-refundable fee (the full service charge). You can cancel or reschedule your appointment without contacting us first. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please login into your profile/member page to make desired changes. If you are unable to reschedule on the website, send us an email immediately. We kindly urge you to cancel or reschedule way in advance to avoid charges to your card.
