This is a wig take off and hair wash service, applicable to all wig installs . Not for tape-ins or I-tips/Microlinks Service includes - Complete take off - Glue/Gel cleaned off lace if needed - Cornrow Braids take down - Deep cleansing wash & Deep conditioning - Steam treatment - Detangle - Blow dry only Wig laundry add-on for $60. Drop off wig and pick up at your desired date (processing time 5 business days). APPOINTMENTS: - Due to health care practices, many precautions have been put in place during your appointment to create a safe environment. - You MUST wear a mask at all times to your appointment and wash your hands upon arrival if you are sick, coughing, sneezing, runny nose etc. - If you have a high temperature , your appointment would be cancelled. - I will also sanitize all the equipment that I use, wipe down chairs and surfaces and be wearing a mask. - NO GUESTS ALLOWED! HAIR: Please come with detangled hair, properly brush your install LATE FEES (Applies to all appointments)- 10 minutes grace period $10 for 15 mins $30 for 30 mins Cancellation after 30 mins and you would be rescheduled to the next availability with a full service fee charged to your charged (as a no show/missed appointment)

Online cancellation or rescheduling is available up to 48 hours before your appointment. If you need to make a change within 48 hours, please email us immediately. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service total. Changes made within 12 hours, missed appointments and no-shows are charged 100%. Please make changes as early as possible to avoid charges.
